Suites Colonial Cozumel, Cozumel

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, while large and equipped with a basic kitchen, was old and dusty. The traditional style with wooden shutters and colored glass windows added a unique touch. The service was friendly, but some staff members were not very helpful. The location was convenient, close to everything but away from the cruise ship noise. The dining options were limited as it was located in a sister hotel.
